Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. BI Publisher (MOSC)

Can preview chart on BI publisher Desktop but not concurrent ends in warning with no output

I have seen that this question is asked mutltiple time but non of them could be of assistance to trying my luck again.

I have created a template for an RDF report on BI Publisher Desktop version 12.2.1.3.0

When use preview I can see the chart

but after upload the template and run the report, ends in the warning

I am attaching my xml and template for review
