FDMEE export HFM_Consolidate.py Fails

Here is the FDMEE issue we are facing on the export step to HFM.

Every time a location exports in FDMEE (11.1.2.4.220.009) the final "Consolidate data for consolidation application ___" step fails. As a result of this, our Check Report is returned blank. Below is the log entry for the failed consolidate step:
