Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. PSU patching via OEM 13c

I need to get PSU patching up to date for my DEV environments. I plan to use OEM 13c for this.

1. If I use the patching advisor to find the latest PSU, can I apply that even if the last PSU was applied over a year ago?

2. When I created a plan for this PSU, it never gave me the "Deployment Options" in the wizard. Do you know why?
