Fixed Asset - Retirement
Hello,
I thought I had fully retired an asset last fiscal year but have just realized that I had only done a partial retirement. Instead of retired by unit (1), I had entered the net book value in the Cost Retired field. The loss amount was correct. However, the asset was showing as partial retirement but not full retirement. So in Oracle, the asset is still showing as not fully retired. Is there a way it can be fixed? Our office is going to use Business Intelligent soon and I'm afraid the report won't show the correct status of the asset.
