ideas: add extra component for time reports in order to configure chartfield template

Idea Details:

Extra component for time reporting on top of below 5 Components for the Expenses module, that can be configured with the ChartField Display Templates functionality:

- EX_EXP_SHEET_FL (Expense Report Entry)

- EX_SHT_FAPDIST_FL (Expense Fluid Approval Dist)

- EX_TAUTH_FL (Travel Authorization)

- EX_TAUTH_INQ_FL (Travel Authorization Inquiry)

- EX_TA_FAPDIST_FL (Travel Auth Distribution FAP)

      What release are you using (9.2.25)?

Business process:

     Our business users would like to take advantage of the time reporting mobile view for data entry. At the moment, the chartfields are not displaying our company chartfields which is a pity.
