Windows installation failed when install in KVM

in Linux Operating System (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

Currently i'm facing the following issue,

We are using oracle KVM hypervisor, i wan trying to install windows 2016 server and i notice its not getting started as i see  "qemu-kvm" process of the vm is reaching CPU 100%.

Would like to check if there is any solution to it ?

Is window 2016 a support OS in KVM ?

Does premium support provide assistance for installation of windows in KVM?

Is this supported under Oracle premium support ?

Appreciate your assistance on this .
