PAY_COSTS row status

EBS 12.2.7 on Oracle 12.1.0.2 on OEL 7.5

HRMS RUP 11, in the process of testing RUP 12.

I asked this question a couple of weeks ago, and there have been no responses whatsoever . . . not the response I was hoping for.  So I'm just going to try again and hope someone with some knowledge to share sees it.

I am trying to identify all costing (versus balance) rows in PAY_COSTS for which the "Costing" concurrent request has been run, creating said rows, and which are to be transferred to the ledger but which have not yet been transferred -OR-have been transferred and pulled back.
