adformsctl.sh: exiting with status 204

Hi,

My applications and DB versions are R12.1.3 and 11.2.0.3. After restarting application server not able to start forms services. Tried to remove persistance, tried to generate ear file manually, and removed _TldCache in $COMMON_TOP. Still I am not able to start services. Finally I tried to do adcfgclone also but no luck.

     Every time when I start/stop the services opmn process are running at OS level, I killed those sessions and tried to restart services.
