How to inherit future zone level promotion with new location?

RPM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.LOC_MOVE_PROM_OVERLAP_BEHAVIOR=2

Situation:

1. 2 simple promotions were created for Zone A and item 1. Period for first promo is October 2018 and for second one - is November 2018.

2. Location Move was created for moving Store X to Zone A from other zone. Move date was October 1, 2018.

3. After location move batches execution: first promo (for October 2018) was inherited with Store X information and promo prices were applied to Store X, but promo for November 2018 was not changed at all.

Question:

Could you please explain, is it possible in RPM 16 automatically inherit all approved future promotion on zone level, when new location is added to the zone earlier than period of the mentioned promotions?
