Individual counter based billing in a month

Hi All,

I have a requirement where we need to bill based on individual counter readings. Lets assume we have 3 readings in a month i.e. 100, 100, 100 on a different dates in a given month then we need to bill individually.

Will count based formula satisfy our requirement ?
