Oracle support entitlement for Window KVM

Hi,

There are a numbers of Windows 2016 KVM in my OEL7.4.

When i tried to install another Windows 2016 VM, the installation hung and CPU hits 100%.

Since this is a windows product running on OEL, does Oracle support provide support for this kind of situation?

I understand that if there is a problem with Windows, we should contact Microsoft.

But this is a problem with starting Windows installation on a OEL, so im not sure if it is covered and support under Oracle premium support.

I dont seemed to find any document mention about such scenario in MOS.


Please advise.
