FRM-92101 error after rapid cloning from OEL6 to OEL7

Hi,

Database version: 12.1.0.2

Application version: 12.2.6

at cloned environment

Click   System administrator > Concurrent > Requests in the EBS application

Error FRM-92101 show as below:

Any one can provide solution for this ?
