is it possible to apply receipt amount against tax

Hi,

we have invoice of 100 and 5% tax.

total value is 105.

we have made receipt of 100, and apply against invoice.

user is asking it is possible to adjust tax value as per receipt.

eg:

as of now it is showing balance due 5 (which is tax amount)

but user expectation is that receipt should apply in principle amount and same apply for taxx.

means: they are expecting balance amount 5 only but it should divided tax and balance.
