Row Exit is Showing up under Form Exit

Hi all, is there an easy way to fix this?  I cloned F007101 - Text Processor.  I removed the Form and Row Exits that we are not using.  'Import Text' was the only program under the Form Exit, After I removed 'Import Text', there are no applications under the Form Exit.  Now the Row Exits appear under Form Exit.  The users see the Row Exit applications under Form Exit and also under Row Exit.  This is what it looks like in FDA.  We are on Apps 9.2 Tools 9.2.
