DBSNMP KEEPS on Locking

Dear All,

DBSNMP keeps on locking, we are using a profile with the fallowing settings

FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS 4

PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME 30

IS this a problem in using a profile with above settings, as per client requirement the profile settings has to be like above, tried to change password like 3-4 times and unlocking it still no use

please suggest us what would be the best solution
