About 4Kn Hard Disk

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are planning to purchase new server for upgrading database from 11g to 12c. Nowadays, HDD sector size can be divided into three types, which are 512n, 512e as well as 4Kn. As the coming new OS will be either Windows Server 2016 or RedHat Enterpise Linux 7, both can support the latest section size of 4kn.  Regardless cost, should we purchase 4kn hard drive to maximize the performance? Anything Oracle database's configurations that we need to cater in order to accompany with 4kn hard drive?
