F31122Z1- Time Entry Z Table

Hello Team ,

We are trying to do a custom report to insert time sheet values to Z table of Time entry . F31122Z1 , but the report throwing an error as 'Insert Failed '. Is there any specific security or something on this table which should be checked or some reason preventing an insert ?
