Sending text file via BSSV

Hello

I have a question can we sent text file via BSSV. If yes is there any limit of records sent in a text file.

Scenario - 3rd party application will call JDE BSSV and sent text file. BSSV has to read the contents of the file and store it in a JDE file for further processing. Text file is .csv extension.

Can this be done?
