E1 composite pages - issues in tools 9.2.2.4

the Company that I work for  just upgraded our tools to 9.2.2.4 - we are finding that after the upgrade E1 pages (composite) takes a bit longer to load.

in addition a couple of people the E1 composite pages don't load, after a couple of attempts it is eventually starts to work.

this happens only with a couple of users. any ideas?
