how to do custom validation in ERP Cloud

Hi All,

we are currently using EBS R12(12.1.3) version and planning to migrate to EBS Cloud. Could you please let me know how to do our custom validation of data before inserting in interface table in EBS Cloud after that we can use the FBDI template to move the data to SAAS but let me know how to do custom validate when data insert from staging table to base table.
