Migrate OEM 12cR5 on Solaris to OEM 13cR2 on OEL 7.4

Hi All,

I have the following configuration on Oracle Solaris 11.2 (x86-64) server:

- Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12.1.0.5.0

- Oracle Database (OEM Repository) 11.2.0.2.0

Is it possible to migrate and upgrade the above to OEM Cloud Control 13c with a Repo DB 12c on Oracle Enterprise Linux (x86-64) server?

What are the steps?
