Facing 500 Internal server error issue while trying to get scheduler 'Diagnostic Log' :

Perform these steps to get 'Diagnostic Log'

1. Login to BIP Server (http://<host>:<port>/xmlpserver) using user having Administrator role.
2. Go to Catalog > Select concerned report to schedule
3. Select required schedule options
4. Select ‘Enable Consolidated Job Diagnostic’ option while Scheduling.
5. Submit Scheduled Job.
6. Navigate to ‘Report Job History’ page.
7. Click on report Job Name to get job details.
8. Download ‘Diagnostic Log’
9. Diagnostic Log generated with all details of Scheduled Job

while following above steps to get the "Diagnostic’ log " in Step 7 when clicking on report job name , we are facing ( Error - 500 Internal Server error ) , could you please advise how to resolve it or if not possible then from where *which location) we can get the diagnostic log file from server :
