No MRP "O" Messages were created even after the execution of R3483

Dear Team,

We are running on JDE XE. The user reports an issue, that no MRP O messages have been generated even though the R3483 ube has been executed successfully by the scheduler. They normally see approx 12 months of raw material messages.Please let us know how to trouble shoot this issue?
