Unable to release sales order in a certain inventory organization. Order Status remains "Ready to Re

Inv org (Org 2) is specified on sale order line. Then order is released. "Pick Selection List Generation" runs without error but when order is queried on Transact Move Order form it cannot be found. On shipping transaction form Status remains "Ready to Release"

When the same order is released to Org 1. It released succesfully.
