Order Line Item attribute is getting nullified when econfigurator is opened through customize button

Hi All,

We are facing an issue where there are 3 attributes for a product A.

att1 : enumerated

att2 : enumerated

att3 : Freeform

The value of these attributes is set by WF after product A is added to order line from RCOIS.

Product A attribute value is set using update step.

Cfg-state_cd is set to User Requested Item.

However, if we click on customize in OLI screen and when the econfigurator is opened, att3 value is nullified. other two remain. Message appears in the econfigurator right side window for messages that the Product A >> Attribute att3 updated to value >>

value is blank
