Scheduling GL request set to run on specific days

Hi Community - first post !

Every day a new GL rates (daily currency rates file) file is uploaded in GL. Once uploaded, the auto post and reval concurrent request are run. Business want to change this with the following:

On working day (WD) 1-6, the auto post and reval concurrent jobs are run using the GL rates file previously loaded on the last working day of the previous month however on WD 7, (until the day before the last working day of the month) the daily GL rates file should be used with the auto post and reval jobs ... how can this be achieved?
