Use data from Evaluate My Transfer Credit for TC articulation?

We are testing the Evaluate My Transfer Credit self-service feature for students, applicants and prospects. When a student enters data here, it is stored in the following records:

• SS_TRCR_MODEL
• SS_TRCR_EDUC
• SS_TRCR_DTL

We would like to get the self-service data (external education, courses) using the Course Credits - Automated feature. This would allow TC evaluation without a staff member manually entering the student's external courses. How can we pull the student self-service TC data into Course Credits - Automated?
