How to close the PO partially shipped in oracle R 12.2.6?

After creating purchase order with one line item demand 5 pieces, the supplier deliver 4 pieces only, and it's known for me that the supplier will not deliver the due to quantity. closing the purchase order is must cause of inventory receiving activities and to avoid any discrepancies with the receiving.  How can I do it?
