Credit Order - Kit header quantity issue

In 9.0, When credit order is created for negative quantity for a kit item it displays kit header quantity in negative and kit component quantity in positive. The expectation is that the kit header quantity should be changed to positive quantity since the reverse sign is enabled in line type constants. However, this functionality works in 9.2

Could you please let us know if there is any ESU applied?
