Error while doing return transaction in debrief

Hi All,

We are getting error as 'Passed Serial Number (BF493P0003) violates uniqueness with in Inventory items.' while doing return transaction in debrief. For this, we are using '3 EESD Field Service Return US' as SAC, for which line category is set as 'Return'.

What remedial actions done in this case? Find attached screenshots for the same.
