Browser scripting not working

Hi All.. I recently installed siebel 8.1.1.11 on a new laptop. We use both Siebel VB (server side) and eScripting (Browser side) in our implementation. In Thick client is it not recognizing escripting. I ran the genb, made sure scripting was enabled in my CFG. We have Open UI. Any ideas why browser scripting is not working?
