Term Template mandatory for Equipment Leases

Hi,

We are in the middle of Property Manager Implementation for IFRS16 Compliance and we have the following issues -

1. The Payment Term Template is mandatory while creating Equipment leases, unlike property leases.

This would mean that users would always have to create a term template and cannot create the payment term on the go while creating the equipment lease. Is that the required functionality.

2. Additional Information DFF in the 'Create Equipment Leases' page - is that the 'Equipment Lease' DFF?
