Rail Road employees taxation

Hello,

We need to set up some employees that have the special rail road taxes, Which selection should I use in the National Fiscal Data Tax Method to make this happen?  I was told they are exempt from SUI, FUTA, WC, FICA, MEDI - they have taxes from Form CT-1 Tier 1 and Tier 2 which has some rates similar to FICA and MEDI but are not paid to SS and they have some other ones including a RUIA Pension.  Would I set up a DBA code for that?  Would I set up a DBA code for all the special taxes?

Any help would be appreciated.
