upgrep in Production mode - srvrupgwiz Error [Item 17] - ORA-04098, DATAIMP-ERR-1124

Hi all,

we have performed migraiton installation (IP16.13 -> IP17.0 + PS 18.7) in DEV and done with IRM. Post this we have Regenerated the Siebel Repository Definition Files and moved to ST2 env. and genrated ucf file with "Upgrade siebel database schema (upgrep + upphys)".

Now, while running upgrep wizard, at step 17 its getting error-out :-

Status = Error

Item Name = File Execute Entry 16

Title = Import Siebel seed data

Note : 1. The same custrep.dat and schema.ddl was used for another ST1, and we have not seen such isseu there.

          2. We can see the repository import is also completed "New Customer Repository" , "Prior Customer Repository" in ST2.
