How to Override the Price or Cost against Material, Resources, and Activities on work order billing

Dear All,

For Work Order Billing the Billing Basis is either Cost Plus or Price List.

1. Cost Plus: (The cost plus method utilizes costs associated with an item. The item should have a cost defined for it)
2. Price List Billing Basis (Before billing we need to define price in a price list by Associating Material, Resources, and Activities with a price list).

Is it possible to override or update the cost or price on work order billing form.

For example if I select the price list the price value will be populated against Material, Resources, and Activities. I want to update/override the price is possible.
