Can I add Data Load Mappings using a File

Hello,

We are using FDMEE 11.1.2.4.210.012. I have over 100 new Multi Dimension mappings to add to an existing location. I have created three columns for Source Value, Target Value, and Rule Name. Can I load these mappings using a file, without harming the existing mappings? Or is there a file on the server or database table I could safely add the mappings to?
