How to apply discount based on Specifications of electrical cables or Wire?

Hi,

We have a business requirement to apply discounts based on specifications of electrical cables or Wires.

1- We have item code for each cables/wires and have four DFFs defined to capturing cables specifications, such as

  a- Copper diameter e.g. 2.5 SQ MM, 4.0 SQ MM, 6 SQ MM etc

  b- Insulation type e.g. PVC etc

  c- No of Core e.g. 1 core, 2 core, 3 core, 4 core etc

  d- Cable type e.g. Armoured, Unarmoured etc

Kindly suggest how to meet above requirement? So, far we have defined qualifier based on Price List, item category and customer class, in addition to this business want to apply discount
