when i click on linear workbench of a linear asset it open page with this error "Could not create we

whenever I click on asset linear workbench on a linear asset in asset numbers page it open it with an error "Could not create web bean, could not find item metadata Item Name: (region1); Region: (assetDetailsRN)" and same error when I try to save it after selecting reference method. kindly help about this issue.
