Email error when replying to oracle EBS generated Workflow emails

Hi,

We enabled purchase order acknowledgements.

Oracle Purchasing workflow generates an email requesting suppliers to acknowledge the Purchase order.

We are implementing iSupplier portal too.

when the supplier clicks accept or reject in the email and clicks reply, we are getting below error.

Please advice a solution.

When Office 365 tried to send your message, the receiving email server outside Office 365 reported an error.
