Dynamic Actions From 4.2 To 18.2

Is there a trick to move Dynamic Actions correctly from 4.2 to 18.2?

I noticed that if javascript is the resulting action it does not move correctly.

And I'm guessing that if I had jquery the same will be true... the resulting action would not move correctly.

I have not checked PL/SQL result actions to see if they came right.

Or maybe is the way I did it.
