Can WO Labor Routings be created via a Batch Job for CAM Work Orders?

We are implementing Crew Scheduling and one of the new requirements is the M&R dept. wants to start Crew Scheduling and assigning resources at the Labor Detail level (currently do not use any Labor Detail/Routings). There are a great number of open Work Orders that were created and still open before we updated the PO on the P17714 to create the Labor Details automatically. Without the existing Labor Detail record(s), the WO does not appear in Unscheduled Work to be selected into the Crew Schedule. If you manually inquire on the WO and click "OK", the labor detail gets created
