Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

Issue different item from the Ordered Item

Hi,

We have a requirement where sales order is booked 100 Qty for Item A.

However due to business nature, client issue 60 Qty from Item A and 50 Qty from Item B.

How can we address this through OM / Inventory?
