Hi Experts

My customer is facing the issue that  while click Enterprise Scheduler 'Manage Report Jobs',

Time Range Year List Of Values (LOV) Defaults To Year 3000 Instead Of Current Year 2018.

it's the same issue with 12c BI Publisher Enterprise Scheduler 'Manage Report Jobs' Time Range Year List Of Values (LOV) Defaults To Year 3000 Instead Of Current Year 2018 (Doc ID 2451068.1),however,customer's instance is 12.2.1.4, and the note is not available.

Is there any suggestion for 12.2.1.4?

Any advice will be appreciated.
