Oracle EBS R 12 12.0.4 crashed and failing to start now.

Run Start.cmd file, entered username and password but it exits immediately. Log file entry shows only one line "Started Exceution .......". Please provide steps to troubleshoot the problem so that instance up and running. Instance is Vision, Single Node installation, platform is Win Server 2003.
