Cycle count update and Lot Date Validation

Hi,

Question on R41413 Cycle count update validating Lot Best Before and Lot Expiration Date logic..

Running E1 9.0 version and see this behaviour of Cycle Count update validating Lot date logic when running R41413 .... I do not remember E1 9.1 has this validation ..

wondering  IS this functionality  a standard function in E1 9.0 version (or) something Customer has modified (I will need to verify and confirm on custom logic if any done) ?
