Monitoring usage & speed of DB links

Hi all,

My company has an application which sync it's data to another database through DB_Links. The sync will happen everytime a new entry is entered to the primary DB's table.

Is there anyway for us to monitor how's the usage of the dblinks like? I'm looking for details such as current utilization & the speed of the syncing.
