JDE Cross platform migration from solaris to oracle linux

Dear Team,

We are planning to do the JDE E1 cross platform migration from solaris system to oracle linux.

We have more that 500 GB data is there, will you please let me know which utility is best option to move the data.

1. Transportable table space (with RMAN).

2. Datapump (export or import).
