Move ARM app to different DB

I hope I'm in the correct forum for this question:

My company is a merger of two large companies with Hyperion installations. One of the pre-merger companies has an ARM application which the combined company wants adopted globally. The current installation is:

     ARM version 11.1.2.3.700

     Windows Server 2008

     Microsoft SQL Server 2008

The proposed new installation is:

     ARM version 11.1.2.4

    Oracle Linux Server release 5.10

    Oracle DB 11.2.0.4.0

I am not an installer but have been asked to write a preliminary document discussing the general steps required to migrate the application. I understand that ARM 11.1.2.4 will need to be installed in the new environment with WebLogic server etc. The part I don't understand is how to move the existing 2 years of ARM security, metadata, and data from SQL Server to Oracle DB. I know that HFM has a copy utility to copy over application data but I can't find a similar tool in ARM.
