Restrict Assigning Item to different Organization under Inventory>MasterItem>OrganizationAssignment

I have created a new item but want to assign it only to some inventory orgs. Our  business users are assigning the items to the unwanted orgs also and then unassigning them. To avoid this, we want to show only few inventory orgs  relevant to that responsibility so no one can accidentally assign items to other  inventory orgs, Is there a way to restrict the inventory orgs that appear in  items -> Master items form>OrganizationAssignment

I looked at other forums but could not find a solution. Help would be appreciated. Thank You.
