Getting Metadata error in Siebel to OPA integration

We are facing issue  in our Siebel environment after upgrading to Siebel version 18.8. Before upgrading the Siebel to OPA connection was working fine.

We are getting the error message "The metadata for 'IRMSRIO' could not be found. This is either because no metadata was supplied in the request, or the metadata cache does not contain an entry for the mapping" during connecting OPA from Siebel.

This metadata gets generated in Siebel only by the method "GetIntegrationObjectMetaData" of BS "Policy Automation Integration". This BS was provided by Oracle only.

Please let us know if anyone have faced any similar issue, anything related to some setup issue or other issues, please let me know.
